Bottle 0,25: Coppery coloured brew with some yeast floating. Sweetbitter taste and not so farmy of smell as the usual Saisons.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours deep red with a medium fluffy beige head. The aroma is sticking, caramel, cola cubes, some warming spice, peppery, fragrant, floral and pot pourri. The taste is crisp, dry, pleasing bitterness, quite spicy, peppery, clove, dry wood, sappy, resin, nip of alcohol, caramel, cola cubes, herbal and touch of Jaegermeister / covonia. Finish is drying, herbal and spicy. Medium body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Not what I was expecting, but I don't dislike it.

Bottle. Dark brown with a good head. Nose is a tiny bit sour, red cara, light sweetness. Flavor is big and funky, not too complex, a bit of basement and nutty malt notes. Hint of toffee. Overall pretty tasty.

Tight off white head left a foamy top on a chestnut coloured body. Caramel, toffee & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, smooth on the tongue with a foamy clean back. Toffee, malt, apple & berry tastes with a lightly hopped tangy finish. Decent.

Been wanting to try Silly for ages. This is one of the best cheap saisons I've had. Every sip is a joy. Hints of fruit, strong earthy grass. Sweet mildew, and that's a compliment.
