This fruity slightly sour beer is our view of a Berliner Weisse, the Champagne of the North. Light sour, dry and not too much bitterness. The generous use of tropical fruit is the basis for the sunny name. The experienced taster recognizes passion fruit and black currant.

Gedronken tijdens bierfestival Den Bosch. Kleur is rose Aroma van de fruitschaal Smaak is zuur; niet te drinken. Nasmaak is ook zuur.

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een roze troebel bier zonder schuim. Het heeft een fruitige geur. De smaak is tropische en zure smaak.
