33 cl. bottle @ home, gift From Silvia. Clear golden with a big white head. Fruity yeasty aroma. Sweet taste. Bit rough and boozy for the style.

Bottle 33cl. Clear golden colour. Moderate white well-lacing head. Aroma: pale malts, corn, fruit, a spicy hint, minimal metal. Medium body. Oily texture. Light to medium sweet malty taste. Notable fruit acidity. Slightly metallic. Virtually no bitterness. I must admit, this is rather disappointing.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Very yeasty, some banana, harsh bitterness, some citrus. Ok beer, nothing special.

F: big, white, average retention. C: gold, clear. A: citrus, grassy hops, hint of orange peels, floral. T: malt, grassy, cheesy, caramel, yeast, hint of bread, hint of honey, medium body, medium carbonation, in the name on the bottle is also “tripel” but I don’t think it is and if yes very ordinary, 0,33l bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck.

330ml bottle (BBD 3rd Dec 16) at home on 1st Jan 17: poured into my Westmalle chalice. Lucozade like in colour (bright orange) with a wispy white head. Fairly sweet and ’lively’ from start to finish. Malts rule the flavour and aroma, honey notes in a bready/biscuity taste. An easy drinking Triple which hides it’s alcohol volume nicely.

Het is een goudkleurig bier met een witte volle schuimkraag. Het is een licht zoet bier met een hint van banaan.

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, butterscotch and some sourness. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and medium sour with a long butterscotch and sour finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is rather buttery, with some fruityness showing up in the back. The flavor is quite citrusy, with some caramel and a buttery touch. Sourish. Cider-ish, but not in a good way. Full body, smooth carbonation. Sweetish. Citrusy, toffee finish with some cider notes. Rather poor this one. 151212
