Inspired by my daughter, Cassidy is matured in Sauternes wine barrels and conditioned on spring flowers and honey from her grandpa's hive. Blended every spring since 2015, each bottle contains a portion of all previous years' blends.

A lovely and robust Wild Farmhouse Ale, Cassidy finishes pleasantly dry with a floral kick. A unique staple in our wild lineup.

Sample during the Pretend It’s Oregon: A De Garde Tasting Extravaganza on 07/27/2019. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of tart fruit, oak and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart citrus, floral yeast, funky wheat and malt. The finish is tart with a fruity aftertaste.

Bottle share. Nice peachy fruity notes , more sweetness than tart. Aroma is hinting at the pucker, taste brings sweetness, then finishes with a sour bite.

375mL bottle, courtesy of Prufrockstar (thanks a lot, Chris), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is very funky, with lots of brett, followed by the pronounced flowers and oak. Flavour is extremely complex, with a wonderful blend of red wine, oak, funky brett and very pronounced floral notes that I can't exactly put my finger on. Everything is in perfect harmony. Seems I opened this at the right time, as the brett is exactly at the level I love. Excellent beer.
