Golden blond beer with a beautiful firm, white head and an aroma of vanilla, white pepper and some fruity scents. The main palate is soft sweet, creamy with a moderate alcohol impression. The aftertaste, on the other hand, is softly bitter with flavors of stone fruits, mainly peach and nectarine. In short, a tasteful and gentle blond with a complaisant character.

750 c&c from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is light and fruity. Some sort of spice. Very pleasant to inhale. Med body at least. Flavor is lightly spicy, light stone fruit, not banana, a little malt, and some mild bitterness. It’s finishing moderately dry in a fruity way, and it’s pretty pleasant to drink. Very relaxed Belgian. :)

Bottle at home, cheers Nick! Pours hazy pale golden yellow, big white head. Aromas of citrus, yeast, light banana esters. Good bitterness on the taste, with a creamy texture and clean finish. Nice.

3oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest 2014. Pours a hazy gold with some thin, lacing white head. Nose is yeasty, sweet, lemon, grassy. Flavor is sweet, malty, candy, grass, a little vitamin C tablet, chalky tums. Spritzy finish. OK.
