Bottle from a local bottleshop. Aroma is malty caramel with spicy notes and dried fruits. Moderate to medium sweet with a decent bitterness and a medium body. Pretty nice Bock.

Dark brown with an off-white head. Dark caramel aroma with some dried fruits and nutty notes. Sweet taste with a low-bitter finish. Nice bock.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to sulphureous head. Slightly chocolately, minimally strawy-grainy, malty aroma, hints of milk chocolate, a touch of wet straw. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly chocolately, minimally strawy-grainy and caramel malty, hints of milk chocolate, some caramel, a touch of wet straw, some grassy, bitter hop; minimally alcoholic finish. Minimally creamy, watery texture, rather dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Well balanced (though not really harmonious), not too sweet, despite a light body relatively alcoholic instead - so-so.

Bottle at online THT. Dark brown with dark beige head. Caramel, earthy, figs, raisins, bread crust. Solid medium sweet but also a nice bitterness. Medium bodied, slightly dry finish. Quite OK.

*rating overgezet* Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een donker roodbruin bier met een medium beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en karamel. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet, karamel en rozijnen met een bittere afdronk.

Bottle @ home. Dark amber / dark red / dark red-brown color with a medium to full sized beige head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, light iron, caramel, leaves. Taste malts, caramel, brown malts, fairly bitter I'd say. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation. Decent.
