Swing top bottle. Blonde. Citrus dominating the slightly floral aroma. Lemony flavor with floral notes and hints of yeast. Could have a bit more hop character, otherwise a very nice beer.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere (old backlog). Golden colour with a creamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, some herbal notes along with sweet malts, mild alcohol as well as some yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet malts, toffee, some herbs, mild yeast, spices as well as some slight alcohol sweetness. Feels a bit thin, but otherwise it’s quite nice.

Bottle. A hazy orange-golden beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has some Belgian yeast, old damp cellar, some berry hints, a caramel note and some candy. It’s lightly alcoholic on the palate, full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, but with an unpleasant, weird flavor I can’t really pin. Some cellar, quite a lot of fruityness, some pale malts and yeast. Lasting finish. Rather weird this one, although sort of nice when I had some sips. 150328

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, banana, caramel, and some spices. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm, malty, spiced finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Further building on the success of Hopus, Lefebvre made this variation in 2013 with a sixth, American hop added as well as dry-hopping applied to it. Thick, snow white, creamy head, light blond colour with greenish hue. Refined aroma of ’green’ grassy, citrussy and leafy hops, lemon, grapefruit, tonic water, caramel, mineral water, pepper, apple peel. Fresh citrussy onset, malt sweetness, round fruitiness, more and more shifting to a delicate, refined and complex hop profile, ensuring an exciting and satisfying, dry and spicy finish. Quite delightful really, at least to Lefebvre's standards.

Bardzo bardzo dobre bogato smakowe piwo. Tresciwe, slodowe i chmielne.

Flip top 330ml (Saveur)
Golden color, huge white head. Musty, grainy aroma. Medium-bodied. Overriped lychee, peach and grain. Not very fresh. Sticky sweet and papery. Citra almost unexistent.

Has different hops than the original and tastes a bit more bitter and sharp. Nice as well.
