Bottle at Cafe De La Gare, Den Haag. Poured a clear light straw colour with a thin bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, fruity and with bags of yeast. The flavour is crisp, a little sour and yeasty. There is some hoppiness on the palate. A tasty beer, but no classic.

23/II/13 - 33cl bottle @ De Heeren van Liedekercke (Denderleeuw) - BB: XI or X / 2014 (2013-184)

Little cloudy pale yellow beer, aery irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty yeasty, dairy, hay, grains, stable, little grassy, hops. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: quite some dairy, yeasty character, grains, little bitter, bit metallic, some grassy and herbal flavours. Aftertaste: little bitter, yeasty, dairy, wheat (?), bit floral, fruity, peaches. A very nice tripel, very well balanced, nice yeast signature. Reminds me quite a bit of a Tripel Karmeliet.
