Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Joes and Thompson. Hazy reddish color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, a sweetish floral, lightly yeasty, a slight fruity hint. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, citrusy hops, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, lot 1202 bb Dec 2014
Hazy amber color; small compact head. Aroma and flavor: metallic, bloody (iron) vegetable soup.
Besides that evident fermentation or maturation flaw, there was a solid Ale with a fruity character and some residual sweetness; and correct bitterness.
