Tap @ Van Moll. Hazy pale yellow, small to medium sized white head. Smells yeast, foody, herbs. Tastes malts, spicy, herbs, saison, yeasty. Medium body, nice carbo.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is fresh, quite floral and lightly a hint of blossom. Taste is slightly sourish, a touch of hops, a floral blossom hint. Suitable body and carbonation. Very well brewed imo, tastes exactly like it says in the description: fresh - sourish. Very refreshing.
