Tap at KEG. Ruby colour, no head. Nose is super intense fruity, mainly raspberries, with a funky tart touch. In taste it’s less fruity and much more sour, perhaps a bit over the top to my liking. Long sour finish, light body, average carbo. Tasty, if a bit too sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a ruby with small off white head. The aroma is raspberry, oak, funky. Thin body, raspberry, citrus, oak, nice tartness, very good.

Draft. An unclear red beer with a lazing pink head. The aroma has notes of raspberries, funk, and brett. The flavor is sour with notes of raspberries, wood, lemon, brett, and funk, leading to a tart finish

Tap at Rbabarab. Deep ruby with almost no head. Heavily tart with raspberries, currants, loads of cranberry. Lightly citric with some toasted vanilla and wet oak. Good one!

Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen Westerville. The beer pours a clear reddish-maroon color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of tart berry, oak and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart raspberry, cherry, oak and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a mixed berry aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Draught @ Zeezicht. Clear bright red color, virtually no head. Aroma suggests a sour red fruit beer. Flavor confirms it. Sharp red fruit, sharp sour. Ok but too sharp for me to like it.

Vom Fass (Vintage 2017) im Muted Horn Berlin 2018-11 getrunken. Dieses fassgelagerte, purpurfarbende Sour Ale was mit Himbeeren und Mandarinenschalen gebraut wurde wirkt leider recht unausgewogen in seinen Aromen. Dazu gefällt mir die dominante Säure nicht so. Kein schlechtes Ale da habe ich von Cascade schon viel bessere im Glas gehabt.

Tap at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy red with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, sweetness and some sourness.

Keg @ Sori Taproom. Poured intense red color. Red berry aroma, raspberries and some vinegar. Flavor has red berries, blackcurrant, vinegary notes. Intense.
