Dark red colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have typical Cascade tart and funk. Behind the vinegar element there's pleasant blackberry fruit. Elements of sharp raspberry too.

Keg at indy man beer con. Session 2. A bright reddy pink coloured pour with a halo of pink head. Aroma is sour cherry, light farmyard, smoked cherry, plastic,. Flavour is composed of super sour, acid, face ripper, spicy, smoked cherry. Palate is harsh, acidic, highihs spritzy carbonation.. Too sour acidic for me.

Keg at IMBC 2018, session 2. Pours Clear red with a small pink foam head. Refreshing, lots of tart raspberry, salt, lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sharp finish, strong acidity, some white vinegar, more tart berries. Just a little musty funk. Nice one.

Keg at IMBC 2018. It pours bright reddish purple with a small white head. The aroma is zingy, bright, jammy, tangy, raspberry, Victoria sponge cake, light vanilla oak and fruit compote. The taste is crisp, dry, bright, tart, zingy, raspberry, bramble, jammy, oak, sherbet, good mouth pucker, sour candy and Victoria sponge cake. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright and tangy. Fun stuff.

Draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver
Hazy dark red colour. Dry, acidic, with quite strong berry taste, also some yeast and butter.
Not very exciting, just a chaotic mix of sharp elements.

Draft - Red berry notes. Deep red with a small head. Soured nice berry and raspberry with a long finish, and a nice hit of acidity.

Draught, Darby’s DTES. Nice pinkish-red colour and a thick, rocky pink head. Abundant raspberry aroma, with light acid and a touch of barrel. Tongue-scraping acidity on the palate. Just a touch of sweetness from the berries but it’s definitely a heavy sourness overall. Substantial and bright raspberry flavour. A touch of tannins, not finding the tangerine. Simpler than I would prefer, a two-note beer more or less.

Tap at the Cascade Barrel House. Pours translucent bright red berry color - seems redder than cherry red. Head was transient but pink tinged. Aroma is mostly raspberry, but there’s a tangerine note. It’s barely sour; very pleasant. Med body. Flavor is tart/sour raspberry. I’m not having any luck pinning down citrus peel. Unless it’s the tart part. Lightly acidic. Very berry. Wood is merely supportive, not intrusive. Nice stuff.

On tap at Cascade, pours a hazy bright pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with fresh raspberries, a touch of tangerine and some oak. Flavour is intense on the tart raspberries upfront, with a touch of citrus, plenty of acidity and oak. The raspberries shine here, elevating this. Very good.
