Bottle. Pours a pitch black color with a large light brown head. A big licorice, cocoa and spicy nose. Rich, sweet, dark chocolate, figs, sweet plum, bourbon, vanilla, heat in a way that is nice, no alcohol really, soft wood, sweet rum. Very good. Maybe the best version yet.

A little more fruitiness in this one than previous versions. Roast and some rum like pirate beach fires. black pour. Finish quite sweet. Oily texture. tap at Churchkey.

On tap at PreFunk Nampa Black with a light tan head. Rich smooth dark roast aromas with some dark chocolate. Licorice and boozy rum and whiskey notes. A touch of pepper spice. All blended nicely and drinkable for such a big beer. Very good.
