During the International Craft Beer Festival in Groningen, WBM and Baxbier worked together on a Weizenbock. A very traditional German style, with a modern Baxbier touch. This brew is very exciting for us, as it is our very first lager beer!

Cloudy light brown colour with lasting head. After a while there's a funkiness in the aroma suggesting infection but this is at least bearable and actually quite interesting. Thin and a bit fizzy. Not quite.

Thuis uit een flesje. Donkere amberkleur, beige schuim. Zowel in aroma als smaak caramel, maar teveel. Matig.

Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ home. Hazy a bit lightly brownish color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are wheat, sweetish, a clear and quite firm bitterness. There's something else there but I don't get it, at least I can't figure out what it is exactly. Quite ok though.
