Bottle @ home. A bit unclear pale yellow golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste wheat, a bit sweetish, slightly some spices perhaps. Not too bad, but not great either.

Hazy pale golden colour, fizzy short lasting head, no lacing. Aroma wheat, light orange, coriander, hint of tart. Taste light sweet, hint of acidity, wheaty, fruity, grassy. Coriander in the finish, light body, watery texture, flat carbonation, meagre and thin witbier.

On tap at the BNA Party last week. Light yellow color with a decent white head. Citrus lemon and light spice against a sweet bready malt base. nice counter to some of the heavy beers I’ve just had.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy yellow-orange color with a small foamy orange-white head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart orange, yeast and pepper. The flavor was sweet orange, yeast, bread dough, a bit of must and pepper and a bit of astringency. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.
