Second collab with our friends from All In Brewing and we decided to mix a NEIPA with a Fruit Berliner Weisse. So a solids NEIPA malt base of Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Torrified Wheat and Oats that was kettle soured for 78 hour. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic before we added copious amounts of Passion fruit and Mango...

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma is a mix of sweetish floral and tropical fruit hoppiness with some citrussy tart / sour notes. Flavor is mostly sourish, I don't get those floral and tropical fruity notes I got in the aroma. Decent body and carbonation. Quite pleasant.
