Bottle shared by Benzai, 35 cl sample. Hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma is spicy and funky, slight sweet bubblegum, bit barnyard, bit citrussy. Soft sourness in taste, bit lactic, spicy notes. I like it.

Bottle shared with Caesar. Murky yellow color, full sized foamy white to off-white head. Smell and taste orangepeel, tart, musty, funky, barnyard, light citrus. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

750mL bottle shared by a beerbeggar. So, what is the name of this beer. Damn hipster beer. Pours thick lemonade color, can’t see through it, you know how these new brewers are doing it. New hop aroma, lemon hops and citra, a little citrus juice but restrained. Flavor is very light, like a small beer. Like water with new hop essence. How is this a Saison? Light drinking hop beer with little bitterness. But too much attitude and not enough substance.
