Sampled straight from ’the jerrycan’ @ Van Moll Brewpub thanks to Erwin Van Moll. Opaque black color, no head. Aroma is malts, some alcohol, liquorice, liquorice wood. Taste malts, slight alcohol presence, quite a lot of liquorice flavor and dark malts. Lingering slightly warming alcohol finish. I’m not really an eisbock fan normally but this is pretty nice.
