50cl (brewed in Russia) from Prisma, Tallinn. Pours pale golden with a modest, fast dissipating, white head. The usual mild grainy aroma, hints of ripe fruits and cooked vegetables and possibly grass. Sweet and grainy with low flavour intensity and bitterness. Rather watery and not much flavour, but better than I remembered it. Would possibly be an option instead of water if it’s very hot and I want a beer and this is the only one available.

0.3 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Clear pale golden, quickly diminishing small white head. Corn aroma. Faint fake sweetness. Light body, medium carbonation, very watery, light malty finish. Bad.

Beers of the World country 41: Turkey 🇹🇷
"The beer is golden in colour with very little carbonation. That might also be because the one I had for the revisit spent quite a significant time in the fridge before having it. The taste though doesn’t seem to be affected by this as it tastes crisp and malty. The ending is towards the sweet side making it all in all a descent lager. This beer also marks the end of the beers I have at home for revisits, but I do have some new countries waiting. Tune in next year for that!"
