Light-medium sweet flavor with lemony tartness, mild sweaty tang, ple bread, faint salt. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly tangy finish, hints of acidic bite, sweat, lemon, mild alcohol. Good one.

Keg at source. Light hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma is sour, vinegar, orange rind, Brett. Flavour is composed of tangy lemon, rustic, straw, bit more vinegar, tangy and spicy in the finish. Tangy lemon, light acid. Palate is nice and creamy, wheaty grains. Moderate to low carbonation. Bit of lacto lingers. Good lacing. Interesting enough but the vinegar note is a bit off putting.
