Tap at Borefts ’15. Pours hazy vey pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of light fruits, citrus, barnyard funk and horse blanket. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Above light bodied with light moderate carbonation.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is mop brett, overly brett heavy with some dry hay. Taste is light apple, bit mop brett, sugar, bread, dough. Hazy body. Bit dull but agreeable overall even though I am not the biggest fan of the brett profile.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Hazed yellow with moderate off white edgeing. Nose is tarte citric peel, straw, light pissoi, earthy strokes, funk. Taste comprises yeast esters, straw, floral notes, faint brett scrapings, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid stuff for the ABV.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht säuerlich fruchtig, helles Malz. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, grasig bitter, getreidig.

Clear pale yellow beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: funky, brett notes, bit spicy, herbal, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, bit metallic, fruity touch. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, bit watery, funky sour notes in the end.

Tap at Borefts. Hazy straw with big white head. Lemon, funk, white grapes, light champagne, hay, light dough and milk. Light sour and soft milky sweetness. Medium bodied. Not bad.
