On tap at Churchkey, pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has dandelion, lemon, a little white bread, white grape too. Flavor has some lemon and yogurt, white grapefruit too, white grapes as well, a touch medicinal, some herbs. Tart finish. Lots of character for 3.8%.

Keg at BD Soho. It pours cloudy golden with a thick white head. The earthy, funk, white bread, cracker, grape must, mouldy fruit and gooseberry. The taste is bitter, earthy, dry wood, funk, floral, white grape skin, gooseberry, pithy lemon and must with a dry, woody finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent low abv funky ale.

4 oz pour on draft at Churchkey. Light sweetness, very thin. Not a lot of funk, but just enough. Herbal notes, light funky notes.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of vinegar, lemon citrus, herbs. Tastes of herbs, citrus, lemon peel, light vegetal notes. Light body with a dry finish.

Citrus and some light florals. Pours hazy golden with OK head. Light tangy finish. A touch of pepper and zest. Tap at Churchkey.

Hazy golden yellow color, bright white head with good retention. Aroma is herbal and fruity. Taste is almost like yuzu, light funk. Nice.

Borefts VII. Day 1. Keg. Hazy paleish yellow - gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, dry and mildly crisp. A little gueuzey lemon and bretty savour. Light crisp finish. Not bad.

[9/25/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Cloudy yellow. Pleasant funky-fruity aroma. Flavor is dry, tart, funky, fruity, with a bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

Keg at IMBC 2015; cloudy golden yellow pour with a frothy white head, aroma has light funk and some grapes, taste has some light spice along with white grapes, light funk.
