Bottle at the brewery. Apples, sour, but also yoghurt type thing going on. Decent aroma. Taste is not so great but alright, cherry, saison like but missing something. Not for me.

At a tasting, smallish head, murky apricot orange color, aroma of apple, peach and some funk, flavor of apple, some lemon peel and a hint of terpentine, lightish sourness. Pleasant, nice and easy.

Birch and Barley, DC tap: pours golden with almost no head. Aroma is vinegar, fruitiness, brett. Taste is somewhat sour and funky. Mild sour aftertaste. Pretty light in body. Nothing earthshaking but still plenty of flavor.
