Bottle from abv. Pours a cloudy red color with a medium white head. A funky fruity nose. The flavor is sharp sour funky fruit, berries, tannins. Oak. Very interesting. A bit like a fruited berliner.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz brown bottle, best before June 17, 2016. Pours translucent dark pink with small off-white head. Aroma is nice herbal hops, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is raspberry, herbal hops, and some vanilla. Nice, different, and the favors meld pretty well for me.

Pours a hazy dark pink with a minimal amount of head that dissipates instantly. Pineapple smell, mixed with a sour, musty aroma. Quite the sour taste, which, together with the tropical fruit hops creates a taste resembling pickles. No sweetness of any kind, just a harsh sour bitterness. Right up my alley.

Fruchtig herber, eher langweiliger Antrunk. Auf die Fruchtigkeit folgt kaum etwas, trocken, erfrischend aber langweilig. 11/9/8/7//7

Draft pour at the Hop and Hound. Only keg in WA I heard, so I took the way out of my way, 3 mile drive to come try it. What a fun, unique beer this is. Cloudy pink in color, which I swear would glow in the dark. Hop forward aroma with a berry cover. Flavor is real fruit. Almost like a strawberry jam. Smoothie sounds about right. Tart berry finish. Very fun, tasty beer.

330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 7/6/2016. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy reddish orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart raspberry, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, light honey, bread, light vanilla/cream, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, pale malt, and light lactose/vanilla notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart raspberry, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light honey, bread, light vanilla/cream, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness and fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of raspberry, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, peach, lemon/orange peel, pine, light honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, pale malt, and light lactose/vanilla flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice fruited IPA style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, pale malt, and light lactose/vanilla flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
