You have not had a better than this one. I'm really impressed with the subtleties of the flavor. Well freaking done.
Tastes like any other saison. Not complaining saisons are delicious.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Belgian saison yeast, slightly bready texture, lots of pepper and coriander underlay. Quite nice.

Okay.

Pours translucent orange, a little hazier on final pour. Not so big per style but compact white head, showing good enough retention and modest lacing. The aroma is mainly estery/fruity with pear, peach, lighter banana and perhaps a citric hint, while more classic saison notes (herbal/grassiness, earthiness, spiciness) are in the back. Feels quite vivid and well defined. Taste notes follow the aroma quite closely, with fruitiness taking the main stage as the smell suggested and more pronounced spiciness. The beer is quite sweet for the style (there's also a light honey note) but well balanced by a clean, dry enough finish/aftertaste. Medium or slightly below medium bodied, with medium carbonation (lighter than style average in carbo). An easy drinker, the mouthfeel feels nicely lively and still decently full/satisfying. Overall this was something between a saison and a low abv tripel (the fruitiness and spiciness are quite tripleish) and anyway a beer i enjoyed.
