Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a clear dark brown with a red hue and a frothy, long-lasting white head. The aroma is dry yeast and some malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a Belgian yeast, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with low carbonation and a thin texture. A nice beer to drink, but because of the yeast they used it retains too many Dutch characteristics and that’s not good when you are brewing a stout.

Tasty stout, has the usual dark roasted malt and tones of coffee and dark chocolate. Don’t know what else to say, it’s just nice.

Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours clear brown with a fine, beige cream head. Some meat in the nose, faint smoke, toasted brown sugar. Medium sweet flavor with light dry chocolate, burnt meat, some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary dark malt finish with milk chocolate, some smoke, more meat. Interesting and rather tasty.
