Tap at EBF Copenhagen 2008 ...hazy yellow ... sweet yeasty hops ... lots of fruit ... and loads of yeast in nose ... Huge amount of breadyness ... quite fruity .

Amber body with a slight haze. Great laceworks on the glass. Oak bourbon to the nose. Rich flavour of figs and prunes mixed with cheese, and finishing with a hoppy edge. Woody and dry in the mouth, but quite easy drinking for the style and alcohol strength. Well-crafted brew and a pleasure to drink (draught at EBF, Copenhagen 14.09.2008).

(On tap) Hazy golden with a rough, off-white head. Sweetish malty and very fruity aroma. Quite full-bodied with plenty of malt, plenty of fruit, a light yeasty note and only a slight bitterness. Well made and highly drinkable Tripel. 120908

Golden colour, firm white head. Aroma has yeast, citrus and some hops. Flavour is grainy and hoppy. Finishes bitter dry. Another decent beer from De Molen

Draught at EBF08. Slightly citric aroma, weak lemon. Quite peppery flavour, malty, dusty and wheaty. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Nice creamy white head. Creamy flavour. Rubbery finish.

Tap at EBF: Hazy golden with a creamy foam on top. Nose is very yeasty, dusty & mouldy. Good filling mouthfeel & a soft carbonation. Dry & bitter hoppy end. Very drinkable & nice triple!

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Cloudy golden, mid-sized head. Yeasty almondy nose with cookies and butter. Sweet and grainy, quite hoppy - De Ranke XX-style. Long bitter finish. A well made new wave Belgo-beer.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild spiced,dry and slight yeasty. Fruity and yeasty medium dry initial flavour with mild bitternes slowly growing in intensity towards a rather dry and bitter finish. Light estery/phenolic notes from the back of the tongue.

Draught at EBF. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Powerfull malty and hippy aroma. Strong citrus and fruity notes. Heavy bitter nice fruity flavor. Creamy palate.

Draught@EBF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is fruits, mild alcohol and some caramel and wood as well as some mild yeastyness.
