Draft. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit - especially peaches. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, malt, and yeast. Fermented in 2 days at 30 degrees.

Bottle at SBWF. Beautiful appearance of the liquid, the foam was fairly large and thick. A lot of sediment in the bottle. Both the aroma and taste contain much spice and yeast. Very fruity beer and pretty sweet. A lot of apples and dried fruits in the flavor. The beer had a warming effect, but on the whole did not feel much alcohol. Clearly a very nice beer that I like to drink again.

(Bottle, Monkβs CafΓ©, Wallingatan, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour with lasting, off-white head. Lots of sediment making it cloudy when poured in. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, orange peel and dried apricots. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, orange, dried apricots and a spicy, bitter-sweet finish with a decent bitterness. Medium body, a touch of sweetness. Tasty and nice beer.

On tap @ In de Wildeman. Hazy dark amber colour, thick white head. Aroma is sharp peppery alcohol/fenolic notes, fruits and yeast. Flavour is sweet, fruity, spicy and somewhat dry. Alchohol and spice in the finish. Has the yeasty spicyness of La Chouffe and the sharp alcohol related flavours of Westmalle Tripel. Gets softer and has more depth when it warms up, mine was served way too cold.
