Poured from 25cl bottle (labelled P: 2016/06/20; E: 2018/06/20). Dark purple-ish red with pink-ish head. Sweet black currant with mild wood and hint of berry. Quite sweet, not too acidic. Good, not amazing.

Black current like hanging out at an English trade show. Hazy pink pour. Tangy sweet finish. Easy drinking. Bottle.

Bruin/rood met mooie roze kraag. Aroma van bosbes, cassis, lambic, zuurtje, fruitig. Smaken zijn stevig zoet, stevig zuur ook, lambic, bosbes, zacht, glad, komt wat kunstmatig fruitig binnen, blijft lang zoet/zuur in de afdronk.

Bottle - Black current wine gums. Cloudy reddish brown. Dark, rich and sweet black current. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours with a dark and very hazy purple color with a small, sparkling pink head. The nose is very fruity, lots of black currant and some gooseberries. Taste is very fruity as well, again the black currant und some red fruits, some sweetness. This Lambic has a good balance between sourness and sweetness. Some lighty bitterness on the finish. A very good Lambic / Fruit Beer.

Bottle @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Violacea, intensa, con leggera schiuma bianco-violacea, non molto persistente. Al naso note di succo di mirtilli, sottobosco, leggero citrico. In bocca è dolce, fruttata, con finale acidulo leggero. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. A tratti gradevole.

Red/purple with pink bubbles. Aroma is cassis/gooseberries, slight brown sugar, little champagne. Taste is sugary sweet with lots of fruity sourness and cassis bitterness, some fizzy tablet. Well rounded. Full bodied, easily drinkable. Bubbly. Girlfriend approves.

Mild sourness, but strong fruitiness. So very good for fruit beer, but not a sour i'll keep buying over and over again. The black currants do complement the beer well though. Sobeys bottle.
