Fles gedeelt door Inoven. Het is een cassis kleurig bier met een rood schuim. Het heeft een cassis/bessen achtige licht wrange smaak, drinkt lekker weg, maar weinig met bier te maken.

Bottle 0.375l. Lightly cloudy, red colored. AROMA- very pleasant, black currant, wooden barrel, aged character. FLAVOR- moderately sour, lightly sweet, black currant, sugar, touch of cardboard. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours very dark red with a pink/red lasting head. Aroma of sweet blackcurrants, with a sour edge. Light sweetness, medium sour, very slight saltiness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Sweeter finish.

F: huge, deep pink, good retention. C: deep very dark ruby red, non-transparent. A: blackcurrants, forest fruits, bit red fruits. T: blackcurrant pressed with spoon in cup, forest fruits, bit lemon, bit woody, raspberries, not according Lambic style fruit but beside this very tasty and enjoyable stuff, support saliva production, medium to full body, medium carbonation, 37,5cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.

Barwa ciemnorubinowa, wpadająca w ciemny granat/brunatny, zamglone, piana purpurowa, umiarkowanie obfita, nieco zdobi szkło. W aromacie czarna porzeczka, nuty kwaśne, nieco winne. W smaku półsłodkie, sporo czarnej porzeczki, nuty winne, kwaśność umiarkowana, nieco drewnianych tanin. Nieco za słodkie, bardzo dobra pijalność. Daje radę, chociaż mogłoby być nieco mniej slodyczy.

Bottle. Deep purple color with huge pink head. Aroma is blackcurrant, sweet but somehow natural blackcurrant. Taste is blackcurrant, tart, but also sweetish. Natural carbonation, quite viscous mouthfeel. For a blackcurrant juice, this is good. Probably one of the best sweet lambics around, although you really can’t call this a lambic.
