Pours a cooppery amber from a bottle. Fig paste aroma follows in the mouth along with grapefruit and a faint biscuit. How is this not an APA? Good beer nonetheless.
Quite the bitter son of a gun with solid malt backbone. Love this wet hopper.

Citrus and tangerine with good malt backbone. Easy to drink and well balanced, unpretentious IPA. Bottle.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a snifter. Hazy Crimson, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is dank hops, herbal hops, and slightly bitter finish.

Draught @ Stag’s Head (10/28/15). Dark amber with small foamy beige head, slight caramel aroma, low carbonation, salty caramel taste, long bitter finish. A bit too bitter.

Excellent from the get-go, mellow, soft hoppy aroma with a nice billowing head, clear amber body, lots of sticky lacing. Resinous hop flavor, not too much, not too little, just perfect.
2011? That's what it says on the back label. Sure doesn't taste 3 years old.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 10/9/2014. Pours slightly hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy light khaki head with incredible retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of juicy citrus/floral hops and moderate dark/bready malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, floral, grass, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, balance, and robustness of juicy citrus/floral hops and moderate dark/bready malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and fairly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a really excellent wet hop IPA. All around great robustness, balance, and complexity of juicy citrus/floral hops and moderate dark/bready malt sweetness; and very smooth and fairly crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
