0.75L pours clear deep copper with creamy to big bubbled lasting tan head and some sheet lacing. The aroma is fresh spicy hops, citrus and perfumy floral hops with firm sweet maltiness in the background. The taste begins crisp with spicy hops and citrus hops running from malt sweetened flavor to modestly bitter. By midway a pleasing floral hop note joins in on the way to the finish. It dries out some into the after taste. Very nice fresh drinkin’ brew.

On Tap @ O’Brien’s. Copper color with thin white head. Light aroma of mostly pine hops. The flavor is real nice. Well mixed and cohesive hop flavor, pine hop bitterness, a bit of spice and caramel malts. Good combo. I could drink this all day.

Bomber. Clear amber body. Frothy, off-white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, caramel, biscuit, toasted grain, spicy hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Good looking beer. Nice balance between sweet and bitter. Tastes of earthy, fresh hops along with citrus fruits and biscuity malts. There’s also an undertone of vitamin B. That’s the least appealing thing about the beer which is otherwise an enjoyable, nicely balanced IPA.

24 oz. bottle. Amber body. Off-white, fizzy head, slowly diminishing. Hoppy aroma of flowers, grapefruit, pineapple with notes of raw grain and caramel. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. The finish is lightly sweet and moderately to heavily bitter. Long, lingering bitterness. Medium body, watery texture that turns creamy despite the lively carbonation. The beer, unlike lots of IPAs, has no overpowering flavors (except at the very end when the bitterness lingers on) as Torpedo does and is not crisp, a recipe and balance that you would think would turn out a mushy, too soft IPA. But not so. The blend of sweet caramel sliding in and out of the citrus and floral hops is very enoyable. Excellent beer.
