Bottled 750ml (PBF)
Golden, slighlty hazy color, small white head. Hayish, peppery, fruity aroma. Light bodied. Light grassy flavor, fruity flavors, fizzy carbonation (!). Probably good with food but as a session beer just too lame.

Draft at the tasting room. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of grass, hay, straw. Taste is lemon flavored bubblegum, if you can believe that one. Nice soft funk. Good stuff!

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Spice and yeast aroma with hay and wheat. Wheat and yeast flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Wheat and light spice lingers with yeast and earth.

Capped 750 from Malt & Vine. Pours lightly hazy gold with creamy white head. Aroma is mostly sour and citric. Second shot gets some funk as the head melts away. Med body at least. Flavor is a little tart, a little citrus, some gummy funk. Very dry. Not getting the nobility of the hop, but that’s ok. Tastes great.

Bottle. This is a very nice light saison. It packs a lot of flavor for the abv. The aroma is quite fruity. It’s mostly yeasty and lemony, but thereare apricots, oranges, peaches, grapes and barley in there, as well. Sits lightly on the palate. The beer is dry and lively. Light yellow beer with a frothy white head. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Sampled at GCBF 2010. Light citric aroma and flavor. Mealy, yeasty, sparkly, light tart finish. Like a very dry wit.

chalky, slightly funky nose, but nothing outstanding. Very light body, dry, but lacking much complexity. A bit unbalanced. Peppery, slightly tart mouth. Ok.

Bottle thanks to Ben! Poured a cloudy gold and was extremely carbonated and pouring caused a massive white head that dissipated at a decent rate. Aroma had a clear soap note with some lemon and other spices coming out. Flavor is overly soapy with some underlying spice, but the soap not totally overwhelmed the beer.

Bottle, pours straw yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Flavour of citrus, yeast, some light fruit esters, and a light overall body. Smooth and refreshing.
