Bottle @ Scheffel, Orla and Dolle - 3 men strong ,Odense Tasting. Poured hazy Pale yellow with a frothy white head. Spritzy carbonation - zest, grass, yeast and mild funk. No hops .. Left? Bottle is a couple of years old. No oxidation and surprisingly drinkable.

Many thanks for ThirstyBird for sharing. Floral nose. The beer starts sweetish, fruity. Slightly grainy. Sweetish-neutral aftertaste, slightly bitter. Fruity, easy to drink, fresh-sweetish with slightly tartness. Dusty but nice.

[2/26/15] Draught at Upright Brewing in Portland. Nice hazy shiny yellow. Aroma of yeast, earth and floral spiciness. Dry flavor, spicy and floral, with some fruitiness, earth and a faint sourish hint. Medium-bodied.

750ml bottle pours a lightly hazy gold with lots of frothy white head. Nose has an interesting mix of pilsener malt, grass and herbs, lemon, soapy, straw, some perfume. Flavor has a bit more sweetness, malty but honey too, grassy, wheat, perfume, lemon, mild pepper, some chalky notes. Finishes fairly watery.

Bottle. Pours light yellow, with a rocky head. Aroma is yeast, with oak and lemony citrus. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with yeast, citrus and notes of peach, giving a lingering tart finish.

Sample at The Crest. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, floral hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, lemons and hops. The finish is grassy hops and fruit. Decent overall.
