Trübe bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hefiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, fruchtig mit Banane und Karamell. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Brown, hazy with a medium off-white head. A wheat and dark fruit aroma. Light bitter with a wheat, malt and fruit end. Bottle at Wohnzimmer, Gutersloh holiday

Mahogany brown colour with lasting head. Light wheaty taste with a touch of banana and caramel. Not bad.

Hazy brown-amber, big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of pear, red apple, dried banana, caramel, biscuit, clove, pepper, vague sorrel (or even 'lamb's lettuce' - dixit Anke). Taste has sweet apple & banana in a biscuity, caramelly malt body with spicy clove, some toast. Herbal hoppy finish, spicy, dried fruit, vague sourish wheat & sorrel notes in the back. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Bit of a weird herbal, rather than wheaty acidity but it goes down nicely.

Cloudy, brownish color and anice white head. Malty, caramel with a nuce yeasty flavor. Slightly banana (I like that) flavors and a nice carbonation.

Thuis in de tuin uit een halve liter. Troebel roodbruin, licht beige schuim. Licht zuur in aroma en smaak. Volle smaak, goed voor dit percentage. Ook wat caramel, heel licht, in de smaak.

Bottle. Dark coppery brown, medium sized offwhite head, lasting. Medium malty nose, a bit biscuity and some chocolate. A bit yeasty. Medium sweet, some caramel and biscuits, medium bitterness. Slight yeasty finish. A bit peppery in the aftertaste. Medium light body.

Piwo prezentuje sie ladnie w szklanicy do weizena, Jest spora kremowa piana, nawet trwala, dosc jasna barwa jak na dunkela, ze srednia metnoscia. W smaku przeniczne piwo, delikatne, nieco rodzynek, troche moze takiego ciasta jak kopiec kreta, ale zaskakiwala mnie zauwazalna w tym piwie wodnistosc, brak tresci glebszej i ciala. Troche bylem zdziwiony bo wyprodukowane wg tradycyjnej benedyktynskiej receptury z klasztoru Ettlal.
