0,5 l bottle. Pours light brown with orange note and big light tan lasting head. Aroma of banana, wheat, yeast, roast and plenty of caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a hint of sourness. Body is medium, texture slick and carbonation above average. Finish is long, caramel lingers in mouth for a while. Not special, but decent and drinkable.

50cl Bottle at Kaap Doorn. Brown colour, beige head. Aroma is sweet, wheat, spicy yeast, prunes, brown sugar, banana. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, wheat, spicy, yeast, honey, caramel, soft bittersweet finish. Light to medium bodied. Decent stuff.

Bottle. Brownish coloured beer with a strong white head. The aroma is yeasty and creamy, and the flavour is banana bubblegum with yeasty and gentle bitterness. Overall a nice dunkel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A dark brown beer, a head is almost medium and light beige. Aroma has wheat, quite strong spicyness of clove, some sourness. Taste has wheat, sourness, some toffee. Medium bodie. Quite nice.

Bottle. Hazy chestnut brown. Usual style-like head. Aroma & taste: caramel, banana, spicy yeast. Some fruitiness. Light bitterness. Liggt body. Well-carbonated. Decent but not spectacular.

Pours cloudy, unclear, caramelly / chocolaty brown. medium to small white head. not as stable as the style would make you expect. Smell is bit sweet, caramelly, german yeastyness ( banana esthers , bit apples ) Taste is sharp, tad bitter, ends quickly by the underlining sweetness. Caramel maltyness. some wheat, mild stickyness, aided by the banana esthers. not as crisp and fresh as hoped for within the style.

Bottle: Almost clear, chestnut-amber coloured, big creamy off-white head; sweetish toasty and caramelly-wheaty nose with a tinge of toffee; mild to moderate sweet-sourish flavour, relatively light bodied - but pretty soft; slightly lingering and slightly drier toasty and wheaty-caramelly finish. Not bad and a bit underrated...

Creamy sandy head stayed on a murky reddish brown body. Malt, caramel & demerara aroma. Medium bodied. Light & airy on the palate, tingly down the throat. Sweet malty tastes with yeast, over ripe fruit & light citrus hints.
