BOTTLE 50 CL. Cloudy mahogany, big creamy beige head. Smells clean and fruity - banana and apricot, not much spices. The taste is more like dried fruit, sun-dried bananas, maybe a touch of caramel, with the tart crispness of a weizen. Unfortunately, it feels a bit thin for a weizen, lacking the richness of a better malt base. Not bad, overall.

Sep. ’16. A 0.5 l bottle that poured a hazy copper body with medium sized head. Aroma of caramel, banana, light wheat and citrus with a little bit of herbal hops. Fine. Flavor was lightly sweet and even lighter bitter, fine herbal hops here. Estery notes dominated, including banana, fruits blended with some berries and, finally, caramel toasted malt. Very smooth wheaty on palate. Medium bodied with a long finish, generally on the sweet side, with a bit of berry sourness in the aftertaste. Very nice Dunkelweizen.
