Pours a thick, hazy, dark ruby color with medium white short lasting head. Smell of wheat, yeast, bread, a bit banana. Thin to medium body with low carbonation. Somewhat oily texture. This one is dunkel, so the taste is not as sweet as you’d expect from wheat beers, it’s more on the roasted side. Aroma of wheat, yeast, roasted malts and bread. Very interesting aftertaste. Notes of banana, grass and spices. Hint of caramel and cinnamon. Very smooth. Overall, pretty good and quite enjoyable.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, darkest amber colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, beige head. Fruity, wheaty aroma, hints of cherry, a touch of banana, some clove, even cinnamon. Taste is minimally sweet wheat malty, hints of cherry, a touch of banana, a dry touch of apple juice as well. Reminds of KiBa. Not bad.

[backlog] 05-12-15 / bottle at Retro, Mainz. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 3.25/5

0,5 l bottle. Dark red brown in the glass, mighty foamy head. Some yeast and banana on the nose. Taste is untypical more toasted malt than fruit. Boring.

Cloudy brown with an off white head. Aroma of brown bread stored in a bag that also has a banana in it. Really rather watery, but pleasantly balanced. Sticky bread crust sweetness, some banana, white pepper. Bitterness is maybe slightly higher than expected.

Cloudy amber deep amber colour, tall frothy beige head, good retention, average lacing. Fresh aroma, bit toasted, wheat, cloves, banana, caramel, yeast. Taste light heavy sweet, light sour hint, fruity, light malty, bit toffee, some clove. Sweet kinda sugary aftertaste, fruity and malty notes, medium body, watery to creamy texture, soft carbonation, solid weizen.

Apreciable.

Pours dark copper with gigantic rocky tan head. Aroma is low: a hint of orange blossom and bread. Light and watery. Abrupt finish with no bitterness.
