This is an American Style Sour Ale. We feel this is one of the best examples of a mixed culture, american style sour ale in Canada. Complex acidity, ripe stone fruit flavors, tart tropical fruits, dry.

22 oz bottle poured, new label. Much thanks to Matt for this bottle. Iβll be back up there to hang out again soon. Bright and cloudybgolden pour with an active fizz head. Mango, tropical fruity aroma with a heavy hop constant. Galaxy hops always stand out for me. Itβs getting fun being the one hop that I can guess before I know itβs there. Creamy tart up front, apple and tropical sour fruit throughout. Mango constant reminder. This is so good. I need more of this.

Okay wet foam head and fogged yellow for liquid. Sweet hop aroma, apricot, ginger. Sour lemon flavour, lime juice, sweetness. Refined a little too much and sugary. Drinkable but overhyped.

Bottle at the Rate Beer Awards Festival Bottle Share. Tart, fruity nose, nectarine, big fruit. Cloudy pale golden color. Tasty nectarine flavor, slightly sugary, nice tartness, a bit of lactic acid. Crisp and light. Nice stuff.
