Geradeaus und geradean – unser Helles ist kein Trunk für viele Worte, sondern ein ehrliches, direktes Bier. Doch lieber a weng philosophisch? Aber bittesehr: Obendrauf sahnig, untendrunter goldgelb, innendrin mild, feinwürzig und mit einer leichten Süße. Aber schon auch mit einer gewissen Hopfenblume. Und von einer Malzigkeit im Ausklang, die einem sofort Lust aufs nächste Seidla macht.

On tap at Jester King. Pours a crystal clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of cookie and sweet grains with a bit of underlying bread. Flavor has sweet grains and sweet biscuit throughout with a bit of earthy grain in the finish.

Gravity Keg at Churchkey event. Poured a clear light amber color, without much of a head to speak of. Aroma was some sweet malts, touch of toffee in there. Not a whole lot of hop presence here, mostly a light malt bomb.

Tap at the Brau Haus - 27/04/12. Golden yellow in colour and pretty clear with a large white head. Malt and hops dominate the nose along with a little grass and straw. Sweetish tasting malt with a pinch of bitterness and fairly light in body. Ok - no world beater!

Bottled 500ml. -from Beer Shop Ljubljana. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild grassy nose. Moderate malty, breadish grassy and light honeyish taste with dusty hoppy finish. Average and drinkable.
