Geradeaus und geradean – unser Helles ist kein Trunk für viele Worte, sondern ein ehrliches, direktes Bier. Doch lieber a weng philosophisch? Aber bittesehr: Obendrauf sahnig, untendrunter goldgelb, innendrin mild, feinwürzig und mit einer leichten Süße. Aber schon auch mit einer gewissen Hopfenblume. Und von einer Malzigkeit im Ausklang, die einem sofort Lust aufs nächste Seidla macht.

Bottle, as Helles Vollbier, bb 7/19. Very clear gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy, bready & weedy with some spices. Has that illusion of richness and is initially quite sweet. Carbonation is moderate to low (good). Bitterness is just prominent enough to make a finish. It's meadow and spice tinged. Wholesome, straightforward.

$4.75 big bottle from Wine Warehouse. Golden with a white head. Aroma is grasses, beer tent. Flavor is malty... some grasses and brown leaf, light bread, light lemon zest.

500ml bottle. Clear, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Slightly bready, spicy, malty aroma, a touch of protein, minimally citrusy hoppy overtones with hints o flemon and a soapy touch. Taste is minimally sweet malty, slightly bready, spicy, a touch of protein, bitter and minimally citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine. Oily-watery texture.

Taster from tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Clear golden, small to a medium off-white head. Lots of hay, some grain. Light esters, pear or similar. Maybe a light buttery presence, not getting in the way. Sourdough. Sweet and grainy, distinct malty flavours. Good balance. Smooth, finishes sweet. Maybe slightly too sweet. Moderate body and carbonation. A very nice helles.

Bottle: Pours dark gold....cloudy with an off-white head. Aroma of dark grains. Taste is sweet, biscuit malt, a touch of aged citrus. A little age on this bottle.....but still pretty good.

Piwo ze srednia piana, szybko znika, lekko mglista jasna barwa, slodowy profil z ukryta chmielowoscia, lekko ziolowe. Mius za slaba i prosta papierowa etykiete. Szkoda ze sie zmienila.
