High Wire Grapefruit is a fruit-infused version of our best-selling West Coast pale ale. We accentuated the original beer’s smoothly composed malt body and lip-smacking citrus character with the addition of 100% natural pink grapefruit flavour. Juicy, tart and deliciously refreshing, it’s High Wire the Same But Different!

At a tasting, many thanks, small bubbly creamy head, lght hazy and a bit intense yellow color, strong aroma of lgrapefruit at first with lemon and orange coming through later, with some flowers behind, flavor is the same melange of citrus with medium mellow grapefruit bitterness. Really nice and fun to drink.

330 ml can. Pours amber with and full head of big bubbles that settle quickly. Bright aromas of lychee, sweetened grapefruit and oranges. Flavors of same with grassy resin and sweet malts. Neat. More like a fruit beverage...

(Draught at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 27 Nov 2017) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, grapefruit and mandarin. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, mandarin, mango, lychee, biscuity malt and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with lots of grapefruit and tropical fruit. Nice one.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Summer of 2017. Shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran. Clear golden, small off-white head. Citrus candy with some grapefruit juice aromas, some malts. Sweet and juicy. No balance. Medium body, moderate carbonation, lightly fruity finish. Really good fruity character, maybe overly juicy.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Orange/golden coloured, medium sized creamy white head that stays for a while, mild grapefruit in the nose. Biscuity malty, light caramel, soft grapefruit and touch of stale herbs. Bit watery with some artificial grapefruit touch in the finish. Not so fresh obviously.
