High Wire Grapefruit is a fruit-infused version of our best-selling West Coast pale ale. We accentuated the original beer’s smoothly composed malt body and lip-smacking citrus character with the addition of 100% natural pink grapefruit flavour. Juicy, tart and deliciously refreshing, it’s High Wire the Same But Different!

Clear, orange to golden colored, small off white head. Aroma is of some malt, bit biscuit, some fruit, mostly grapefruit juice. Taste is medium+ sweet malt, biscuit, bit caramel, citrusy, a lot of grapefruit juice, medium- bitterness. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit oily. Overall feels like a grapefruit radler rather than having the grapefruit complement the hoppiness. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)

On tap at Craft Room. Clear orange-golden body, lasting white head. Sweet sugary syrupy grapefruit and malt aroma. Tastes like a bog standard German grapefruit radler with a solid malty profile. Something went way wrong here. Maybe ancient kegs were sent to the festival in Tisno, but this has no pale ale hoppy notes. In this shape, a glorified radler.

330ml can bought at Piccadilly Tap. Crocheted lacing from a pearl white head. Clear, warm golden body. Smell of grapefruit juice, half-dry. Grapefruit flavours with hops and pale malts. Prolonged ending. Refreshing but unvaried. (Student flat in Leeds, 02.07.2017).

Intensywnie grejfrutowe, ale tak skorkowo, goryczka tez taka jakby ugryzc skorke i dluga. Niemniej caosciowo i tak fajne, pijalne mocno

Pompelmoes komt zowel in geur als in smaak hard binnen. Topper in z'n soort!

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry citrusy, grapefruit peel, leafs, minerals, grass, moss, grapefruit, light malts, flowers. Taste is slightly dry grainy, hay, leafs, weeds, dried grain, minerals, paper, bark, harsh citrus peel, flowers, lawn. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh citrusy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Keg at Brewdog Soho, London. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefruit on the nose. Tastes hoppy, citrus, grapefruit with a slight sweetness. Nice grapefruit driven APA.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata chiara, appena torbida, schiuma abbondante, bianca e persistente. Al naso sentori agrumati e di uva, esplosiva, ottima! In bocca è ben bilanciata, amaro contenuto con freschezza fruttata a bilanciare una base di malto perfettamente dosata. Corpi medio, carbonazione media. Ottima!
