0,33l bottle at home from trade with minutemat, big thanks. Bottled 01.09.2015, BB 01.01.2016. quite dark red lightly hazy color, medium big tan head. hmm, lovely nose, nice fruity hops, nice notes of berries, light raspberries, some mango, light citric notes, also a very light sweetness, some pines and a fresh smell of grass. Love the smell. medium body (rather light at first), soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel that gets even a bit creamy after a bit. taste is pretty much in accordance to smell, nice fruits again, very nice notes of tropical fruits, light grapefruit zest, pines and hints of grass, berries again, lightly of raspberries, a bit more sour / acidic more like red currants. finishes light dry and light bitter with some grapefruit zest and some pines. Again very nice beer, Red Ales are a favorite of mine, this one is a great example of the style, would drink again.

Cloudy red beer with a thin beige head and a typical rye beer aroma with a grapefruity hit too. Flavour follows suit. It’s lighter than expected but it’s still very tasty. There’s a bit of an earthy quality to it in the malt and a nice hoppy aftertaste.

Draft at Cask Pub. Hazy maroon volor, thick beige head with solid lacing. Aroma of spiced pine. Taste has spiced, bitter burnt brown bread. No amber ale is hopped like this. This is a rye IPA.
