Draft @ Warpigs Brewpub, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy sour woody mango aroma. Fruity malty sour spicy woody mango flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty sour woody mango finish.

Keg @ WarPigs. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, lemon juice, mango, dried pineapple, hay, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is sour, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny tannic astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with lemon juice, fleshy tropical fruits and light barnyard funk. Very nice mango character. Refreshing thirstquenching stuff.

Sample@Hill Farmstead Day, Warpigs, Copenhagen (12/05/2016) - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity with some notes of mango, grape, grapeskin, floral and light grassy hoppy, straw, hay, wooden nuance on the palate, nice.

Flavor is light soouness, yeasty, brett, wood, tart fruit, mango, grapes. Medium body, average carbonation, tart fruity and light acidic finish. 120516
