Cask at GBBF 2014. It pours cloudy pink with a thick pinkish head. The US soft, fruity, red berry, floral and icing sugar. The taste is crisp, tart, floral, fruity, light pepper, sherbet and candy floss with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Simple and straightforward. Easy going.

Cask - Light fruit and herb. Cloudy orange and pink with a thin white head. Light nondescript fruit, maybe berry, apple. God know and I don’t care as it is interesting but blandly annoying.

Trübes dunkel pinkes Bier mit geringer pinker Schaumkrone. Geruch nach dunklen Früchten, säuerlich, leicht würzig, genauso ist der Geschmack.

Dark pink, with a light pink head. Aroma is light floral hibiscus. Quite fizzy, tart, with light hibiscus character. Clean tartness, not necessarily something I’d like to drink often.

Bottle looks really good. Gusher! Beer in the glass pink, huge head. Moldy aroma. Starts moldy-malty, spicy, quite sourish. Some woody-bitter notes, also a bit fruity like lemon. The sourish notes dont fit to the rest of the beer. Not good.

Bottle. Cloudy red orange with a big fluffy white head. Spicy, flowery tart aroma. Dry berrylike entry, flowers, ale fruityness. Dry body, sparkly mouthfeel, light tart and minerally, quite fresh. Berrylike and flowery retronasal. Quite lovely actually.

On tap at NWAF, Manchester in company of Dad, Pauline and Baz 20.01.12 Pours a crazy pink with a large barbie pink head. Little fizzy, soft fruitiness, subtle but not bad, touch floral with thin watery fruits. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle from Galeria Kaufhof, Köln
Cloudy amber color; generous compact head. Smell of burnt plastic, manure, then light raspberries. Highly carbonated, the beer flavor is missing, while the fruit doesn’t carry any quality; as ofthen happens, the sugars of the fruit have been completely fermented and only a faint trace of fruits is left; the mouthfeel is therefore dry, while the bitterness is rather high for this kind of beer, and in the end a minimal touch of mint appears. Not interesting.

Bottled alc. 5.8% (BZ, BB 12/2010)
Deep ruby-pinky red color, steady reddish creamy head. Light herbal nose, smells a bit like rasberry stones. Medium-bodied, crisp carbonation. A bit bitter front, slightly fruity. Rasberry and hibiscus flavors. Dry. Kind of refreshing brew, but not exactly my cup of tea.
