Sampler at Sacher. Unclear deep golden with white head. Sweet malts, elderflower, elderberries, juniper, herbal and floral, nutmeg, kurkuma, ginger. Moderate sweet and bit vegetal bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Aroma’s of spices seem stronger than the typical elderflower aroma one would expect. On tap. Pours a cloudy yellow color. Aroma is bread, fruits and earth. Flavour is bread, earth and mild grainy notes.
