Mandarin is our fresh and flavorful West Coast IPA with the prominent character of American and New Zealand grown hops. The citrus and tropical fruit aromas are balanced by the grassy fragrance and elegant pungency of top quality Sencha green tea.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Tangerine, tea and grassy notes in the aroma. Malty sweetish, herbal flavor. Orange peal, yeast, herbal notes. Somewhat messy with off-flavors but still nice.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 07/04/17. Hazed amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is bitter orange, green tea, straw, herbal aroma. Taste comprises orange peel, grassy, tea leaves, herbal strokes, a touch buttery. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

0.5l bottle from Pivný raj. Hazy orange color with high white head. Aroma: grapefruit, cantaloupe, pine, caramel. Taste: grapefruit, caramel, cantaloupe, mango, resin, caramel, sencha got lost somewhere. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate to high bitterness. Excellent AIPA only I miss sencha here.

Bottle. Cloudy orange colour. Off-white head of large size and good retention. Aroma: citrus including tangerine, nectar, some tea & spice. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Bittersweet taste. Robust nectary malts. Medium bitterness. Grapefruit, some grass, tea. Long bitter ending. A bit old. Otherwise alright.

Bottle @ home. Very hazy opaque orange color, medium to full sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly but leaves fair to good lacing. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, nicely fruity but also a bit herbal hops, tea and decently bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle @ home. It's not bad but it's certainly lacking something. Kinda flat and boring. Still better than a mediocre tripel or something. --- Beer merged from original tick of Mandarin on 05 Sep 2017 at 22:42 - Score: 7. Original review text: Slightly subpar ipa. Kinda flat and boring.
