Een heerlijk fris witbier van tarwemout en gerstemout van hoge gisting en mooie hoppen waardoor een zacht bittertje ontstaat. Met slechts 4,5% alcohol een speciaalbier dat hergist op fles en in de zomermaanden heerlijk wegdrinkt op het terras of in de tuin maar door de liefhebber natuurlijk het hele jaar gedronken kan worden.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and spicy aroma, hints of banana, some clove, a peppery touch of coriander. Taste is minimally dry, wheaty and pale malty, peppery yeasty spicy, hints of mustard seed, some white pepper; spicy finish with hints of mustard seed, white pepper, coriander and horse radish. Minimally creamy, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Minimally unbalanced, unpleasant spiciness (too much mustard seed), lack of freshness due to a lack of fruitiness - underwhelming.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitterzoet en licht kruidig met iets van banaan, wat sinaasappel en koriander. Gewoon een goed witbier.

A: wheat, watery fruity banana, bit mineral, spicy touch. T: wheat, banana, soapy mouthfeel, bit spicy, orange peels, bit coriander, medium body and carbonation, ok, drinkable.

Bottle @ Brabants Bier festival. Clear golden, small white head. Smells coriander, malts, herbs, sweet.. Tastes herbs, sweet, witbier, coriander. Thin to medium body, too much carbo.

Serie compleet dankzij Tomhendriksen. Bleek gelig bier met matig schuim. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is moutig en fruitig, lichte citrussmaak. Jammer dat de smaak snel weg trekt.

Bottle @ home. Clear a bit pale golden color, average to medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, floral, coriander, slightly citrussy and lightly banana-ish. Decent to medium body, firm carbonation. Drinkable but that’s it imo.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV bij de Berne Abdij tijdens de brouwerijdagen. Het is een goudgeel bier met medium schuim. Het heft een frisse licht bittere smaak. De smaak van citrus blijft lang hangen.
