0.33l bottle from hieber's, bb 06.11.2020. pours a hazy golden with a mountainous frothy head. aroma of medicine, fizz candy, funk. flavour of funk, lactic sourness, minerals, grass. dry, quite sour and slightly salty.

Bottle. Hazy orange with white head. Aroma is apples, fizzy candy. Taste is apples, fizzy candy, chili flesh, quite balanced. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Like their other sour, a bit amateurish, but I like this one more.

Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, paper, minerals, sorrel, bark, berry skin, fruit stones, alcohol, hints of grain. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, sorrel, minerals, hay, weeds, grain, paper, fruit stones, berry skin, soda powder, sawdust, bark, hints of toast. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh sour-ish mouthfeel. Boring.

0.33 l bottle from 'Biermuda', bottled in June 2016. Clear, amber with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, moderately fruity and slightly funky aroma of gooseberry, white grapes, some brett and a touch of lemon peel. Moderately sour, dry, moderately fruity and slightly funky taste of gooseberry, lemon, rhubarb, some brett and a touch of oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart, very dry and slightly funky finish. Thin to medium body, smooth, moderately astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Sour Ale, sessionable but not too deep.

33cl bottle pours a clear gold with some slight clumpy head. Nose is odd, sour notes, cucumber, straw, lemon juice, plastic. Flavor is cucumbers and oyster brine, grasses, lemon, The industrial note is gone. Finishes watery and lemony. Weird.
